The vintage years of AUVINYÀ are, themselves, very attractive to collectors and lovers of exclusive products, due to the quality of the wine and the small production of bottles in each year.
Its unique qualities increase when we consider that this is the first red wine to be produced in the Principality of Andorra. And on another point, the white wine is the first wine produced in the Principality of Andorra with grape varieties other than those conventionally used at high altitude.
At Casa Auvinyà we respect the caprices of nature and we take great care in preparing our snow wine. Every day we watch the mountains, the clouds and the sky with a single wish: to be able to harvest with the first snows and before the ice comes and stops our work. Thus our white wine was born, which we imagine born of snow, with the colours of sun and moon, and with an Air Penguin Pop...

- Imagine 2011 - snow wine (Viognier-Albarinyo-Pinot Gris), with a special colour due to the pinot gris.
- Imagine 2012 - snow wine (Viognier-Albarinyo-Pinot Gris), with a special colour due to the pinot gris.

Here the first red wine of Andorra, Evolució, is born, from hands which work the vines to model a red wine with body, elegant and bare.

- Evolució 2010 - Pinot Noir - Syrah : not marketed as it did not meet the quality requirements of Celler Casa Auvinyà.
- Evolució 2011 - Pinot Noir: The first varietal red wine from the Principality of Andorra, made with 100% Pinot Noir, 3 months in barrel and 9 months in bottle.
- Evolució 2011 - Syrah: The first varietal red wine from the Principality of Andorra, made with 100% Syrah, 6 months in barrel and 1 year in bottle.
- Evolució 2012 - Pinot Noir: Red wine made with 100% Pinot Noir.
